Hayne 2016 and beyond???

Long time viewer on here, first time posting.Can anyone tell me if they are aware of how contract negotiations are going with Hayne ? From what I am led to believe he can be approached by other clubs after the first of November ( officially that is ) . So are we close to tying him up ???
