Further Blogs on the Hayne Case

After reading through some of the comments on here regarding Jarryd Hayne being charged with sexual assault, it seems some of you aren't aware how serious this is and that it's a police investigation.

So, a reminder on what's permitted and what isn't.

Hayne is innocent until proven guilty. Don't go about accusing him of things he hasn't done or there is no evidence for. Likewise do NOT call him a rapist or anything else. He's yet to go to trial and face the charge of sexual assault.

Don't go about coming up with wild theories on what "really" happened. It's a police investigation. Leave it to them.

You're free to discuss the case, but stick to what has been reported in the media and the information the police have released.

This is a free and open site and anyone can access it. The Hayne case is dominating the front page and this site will show up in Google searches.

A reminder that, as stated in the code of conduct, if you do open yourself up to libel we will cooperate in handing over information such as IP addresses and email addresses to the relevant authorities if asked to do so.

Its done mate, the deeds done, aint nothing fans talking about this is going to change lol, the whole internets laughing about it and talking about it, seriously some of you guys always trying to control completely normal content.

Its completely unreasonable and ridiculous to expect people to stop talking about this, writing blogs etc, and theres absolutely nothing wrong with it.

Have you guys even seen reddit, FB or any other Social media regarding this?

Its not illegal to talk about this, thats absolute nonsense, the people claiming that are in absolute dream land as far as their understanding of social media and the law guys, you guys need to start getting away from 1ee and see the content real adults talk abou onlinet.

This topic doesn't need to be discussed & no new blogs need to be made. The poor guy going through enough, I'm sure the lady in question going through her own hell. Once it's all out, someone life going to change forever.

      This is nothing more than a totally normal sports scandal/drama, they happen every off season, everybody talks and jokes about it and imo its completely unreasonable to expect people not to talk or joke about it.

Fair call I think we get caught up, myself included, thinking we are just chatting with our mates at the pub. Whenever you commit something to writing though it opens you up to potential to be sued for defamation.

Not sure what all the fuss is about and the constant hayne blogs dominating this site. All though he served us well in the past, he is now an ex player no longer contracted to Parra.

  thank you Parra Dice i also hate especially channell 7 news showing up for the last 2 days at parra training and trying to get a rise out of the players and coaching staff and i do like the way no body had a comment to the grubs .leave our team aloan .as parra dice said he is not part of our setup anymore
