I am very pleased to announce details of the free integrated transport service available to our Ticketed Members and pre-purchased ticket holders for each of our 11 home games at ANZ Stadium this year.
Our Club has made a substantial financial investment in rail and selected routes for our “Eels Express” shuttle buses to ensure your game day experience is as enjoyable as possible.
Members and ticket holders who pre-purchase game tickets can travel free for home games by rail on the Sydney Metropolitan Line from as far as the Hunter and Southern Highlands. In addition, free shuttle buses branded as the “Eels Express” will also run on three bus routes from the Hills district in north-western Sydney from approximately one hour before gates open through to half an hour after each home game.
Eels Express buses will have three major routes which will cover: -
Eels Express Rouse Hill – Rouse Hill to Olympic Park via Norwest Boulevard and Windsor Road
Eels Express Castle Hill – Castle Hill to Olympic Park via Old Northern Road and Windsor Road
Eels Express Dural – Dural to Olympic Park via New Line Road and Pennant Hills Road
Members and ticket holders who pre-purchase game tickets can get on these “Eels Express” buses at regular bus stops along the above routes.
These routes will be reversed after the game and be available from a designated pick up point on Olympic Boulevard.
Our Members and fans are the lifeblood of our Club, and we want to ensure we look after you and make the transition to ANZ Stadium over the next two years as easy as possible.
We also acknowledge the financial burden travelling to and from sporting events can have on families. This investment from our Club is intended to lighten the cost burden for our Members and fans and ensure our great game is accessible to all.
Thank you for your continued loyalty and support, and I look forward to seeing you all at our first home game against the Sharks on Saturday!
