Eels merger

With the NRL looking at areas of expansion but st the same time pointing out the great number of teams in sydney, my question is if parra had no choice but to merge who would you rather they merge with?2 teams come to mind which are the wests tigers or Penrith panthers.Or another option I think would beA merger of parramatta, wests tigers & Penrith.Player out of the western Sydney stadium.Team name - Western Sydney Rams

    We already merged with northern territory. That's enough.

    The NRL will not merge any more teams in sydney

    Parramatta Panthers has a ring to it, but if the Parramatta Eels are forced to merge, I and many others I’m sure will be over the NRL even more than I already am. The expansion agenda is blatantly and painfully obvious

      The days of mergers and relocations are over. From what I have read, a club would have to be in a dire situation for this to happen now and it would have to be voted by the members of that club.

    No one should be OK with the idea of a merger. Dead set, times are tough but merging? Put it away.

    If Parra are merged or kicked out of the comp I'm done with RL it's as simple as that.
