D-Day for Hayne and no word yet

Today is the last day for Jarryd to take up his 1.2 Million paycheque option and commit to the Titans for another year.
A done deal and not yet announced or is he on the move again?

  • Shows the exact all about me shit  thats defining his career. Why wait until last min, on origin night to tell everyone you're staying? Nothing was a surer bet with a 31 May deadline that not even his own club would know at 5pm 31 May

  • Only he knows the answer to that question! Wasn't he signed for 2 years so why is the June 30th a cut of date for Hayne? He just continues on as per normal doesn't he?
  • He's probably already activated his option and it will be announced tomorrow by the Titans

  • I'd say he more than likely stay at the Titans, what other people on here think?

    • Snake (aka Fong) don't put your family photos on here mate, it's really embarrassing.
  • I'm hearing he is literally begging Brad for a start
    • There have been approaches but not from his management...
  • No other club is going to pay $1.2 million for him. And given all the baggage that comes with him I doubt many coaches would be willing to take the risk even if he was reasonably priced. $1.2m at the Titans for sure.
  • Jarryd who?
