This may be an unpopular opinion but i would like to see Nathan Cayless or Luke Burt be given a shot rather someone who has been unsuccessful at a previous first grade role
Cayless did a fantastic job in recovering that NSW cup side last year after half the team was either injured, had left midseason or was called up to first grade.
While Luke Burt has been doing wonders with the u20s. while yes you could argue that they are a talented bunch.. the team still looks like they are very well coached despite playing with a different halfback nearly every other week.
I think promoting a coach if BA was to move on is the more effective solution.. Burt or Cayless have been coaches for a while now and could bring some fresh debutants from the lower grades with them to first grade (something we havent seen under BA)
