The captains run today had Peter Wynn attend the session and spoke to the squad, hopefully Wynnie's talk will spur the players on. A good move by the club and perhaps would be good for some other past players to do the same especially those who were part of the Premiership teams.

The reason they had the stripes in the 60s is because black & white tv couldn’t pick up colours, & the stripes were all that distinguished parra from the rest
BS. Televised games had the two teams play in different coloured shorts. IIRC home side wore white and the visitors black.
Obviously the good ones sold out at his shop and he had to bring the clearance stock .
